All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Domestic shipments can arrive between 1-5 days after it’s in their hands and international orders can take anywhere between 5-20 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Due to USPS border policies, once a package is beyond the United States border, it is no longer trackable.

An express international shipping option is also available through DHL for a higher fee.  This option, which takes between 1-3 days, includes the ability to track your shipment.

Each piece is hand crafted. Copper enamel jewelry is strong but also slightly delicate because it’s made with glass. Avoid excess force to prevent cracking. To retain metal luster, store in a plastic bag or box in a cool dry place. Do not expose any metal parts to excess moisture, steam, or water activities.
